14. CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION

15. VOLUNTARY RIGHT OF RETURN FOR CONSUMERS

15.1 For all purchases of goods, Westwing grants you the right of withdrawal in accordance with No. 13 also a voluntary right of return of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods. Your order will be governed by the T&Cs in force at the time of your order, unless a change to these Terms is required by law or governmental order (in which case they will also apply to orders you have previously placed).

24. FINAL PROVISIONS

24.1 For legal disputes arising from or in connection with the use of www.westwing.de, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

24.2 Should any provision be or become void or ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. Instead of the void or ineffective provisions, the relevant statutory provisions shall apply.
